What will my type book looks like?

So now, it's all about the sizes and how my book will look. Would it be an actual book or poster or a folded poster? Well I have thought about it and did some research. My book will be 11x4.25 inches, accordion fold or a harmonica folder. I googled some images and below is what I'm hoping my book will looks like (in terms of size and the binding only).
